Tirth Connect may facilitate discovery, communication, scheduling, payments and other aspects of the interaction, but the religious service itself is provided by the relevant independent service provider.

Priests and religious service providers using Tirth Connect may operate independently.

Their profiles, descriptions, experience, availability and other information may be displayed on the platform to help devotees choose a service provider.

Where Tirth Connect carries out verification, such verification is intended to confirm specific information and should not be understood as a guarantee of the priest's religious knowledge, beliefs, interpretation, conduct or performance.

The devotee is responsible for reviewing the information available before requesting a service.

Hindu religious practices may differ between traditions, regions, families and individual priests.

The manner in which a religious service is performed may therefore vary.

Tirth Connect does not prescribe or guarantee a particular religious practice unless a service is specifically described as following a particular method or tradition.

Any religious service arranged through the platform should be understood in accordance with the description provided for that service.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
• Upload harmful software or malicious content
• Harass, threaten or abuse priests, devotees, employees or other users
• Use the platform to promote unlawful or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews or service information

Tirth Connect may restrict or suspend access where these Terms are violated.

The Tirth Connect name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, original content and other platform materials belong to Tirth Connect or are used with appropriate permission.

We do not sell VIP darshan passes, collect facilitation surcharges, charge commissions on bookings, or alter queue allocations. All financial transactions, passes, and seva bookings are conducted strictly between the devotee and the respective statutory temple administration on their verified portals.

Statutory Trademark Recognition: All temple names, deity designations, and shrine insignia referenced on this website belong exclusively to their respective statutory boards and trusts (including but not limited to Shree Somnath Trust, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, Shri Kashi Vishwanath Special Area Development Board, and Shri Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee). • Force Majeure & Weather Emergencies: Unforeseen temple sanctum closures, VIP protocol bans, strikes, government administrative orders, or adverse weather conditions on Himalayan pilgrimage circuits (including landslides, heavy snowfall, flash floods, or road blockages).
